Trust & process · deal room rules
What unlocks, when, and why
A deal room is a structured, gated space — not an open listing. Access opens in stages that protect the seller’s privacy while giving serious buyers the picture they need to act.
Access levels
Teaser. Market, asset type, conditional ranges with confidence labels, and no exact address. Enough to know if it fits your box.
POF-approved detail. Total-entry economics, condition packet, photos, and confidence labels. Exact address remains masked.
Title-confirmed full details. Exact address unlocks only after accepted terms, buyer final-diligence responsibility, DD clearance, cleared required non-refundable security deposit, and title/security confirmation.
The gates
Two gates protect every side
Before a buyer sees the exact address, they must be verified, have current POF, accept deal-room and anti-circumvention terms, accept buyer final due-diligence responsibility, accept the non-refundable deposit terms, clear the required deposit, clear the DD gate, and receive title/security confirmation. This is recorded before display.
When a file involves an assignment, REGEXUSA’s assignable interest is disclosed in writing. The contract gate blocks distribution to buyers until that disclosure is complete — no exceptions.
A pass is data, not failure
When a deal isn’t for you, one tap records why — too expensive, wrong area, repairs too high, timeline too tight. That feedback tunes your future matches. You are never penalized for passing.
No figure in a deal room is a guaranteed offer, and a masked address stays masked until POF, terms, buyer final-diligence responsibility, DD clearance, the required deposit, and title/security confirmation are cleared. Privacy is the default, not the upsell.
