In plain language
- REGEXUSA does not give legal, tax, or investment advice.
- REGEXUSA is not a brokerage, law firm, title company, or lender.
- No number on the platform is a guaranteed offer — figures are conditional and can change.
- We do not represent that title is clear until it has actually been verified.
- Where we hold an assignable interest, we disclose it in writing before distributing the opportunity.
Not legal, tax, or investment advice
Information on the platform is provided for general, conditional review purposes and is not legal, tax, accounting, appraisal, or investment advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before making decisions about a property or transaction.
Not a brokerage, law firm, title company, or lender
ScaleBridger Corp. (a Texas corporation), operating REGEXUSA is a structured acquisition and routing platform. It is not a real estate brokerage, a law firm, a title or escrow company, or a lender, and it does not perform those licensed services. Where such services are needed, they are provided by independent licensed professionals acting on their own authority.
No guaranteed offer or outcome
Submitting a property begins a conditional review, not a sale. We do not guarantee that any property will sell, that any offer will be made, or that any particular price, timeline, or result will be achieved. You decide whether to continue at each step and may stop before signing a binding agreement.
Figures are conditional estimates
Prices, ranges, ARV, repair estimates, fees, scores, and confidence meters are conditional estimates generated for review. They are not offers, appraisals, or guarantees, and they may change as information is verified. Confidence is labeled honestly; a low- or medium-confidence figure is exactly that.
Title is not represented until verified
We do not represent that any property has clear or marketable title until title has actually been verified through the appropriate process. Until then, title status is shown as unconfirmed, and timelines or paths that depend on title remain conditional.
Our role is disclosed
REGEXUSA discloses its role on the relevant screens. Where REGEXUSA holds an equitable or contractual interest that it intends to assign, that interest is disclosed in writing before the opportunity is distributed, and assignment routes are blocked until the required disclosure is complete.
Third-party professionals
Attorneys, brokers, title companies, lenders, and other professionals who participate in a transaction are independent and responsible for their own work. References to them on the platform do not make them agents of REGEXUSA for the purpose of advising you, and do not transfer their professional responsibilities to REGEXUSA.
Forward-looking statements
Any statement about possible paths, demand, timelines, or outcomes is forward-looking and inherently uncertain. Actual results may differ. The platform’s structuring and routing improve the odds of a fit; they do not guarantee one. See our Terms of Use and State Notices for related provisions.
