Where REGEXUSA operates
REGEXUSA is available only in the states and for the activities where ScaleBridger Corp. is permitted to operate. Availability and the exact role REGEXUSA plays may differ by state and by transaction. A feature appearing on the platform does not mean it is available in every state.
State privacy rights & opt-outs
Depending on your state of residence, you may have specific privacy rights and opt-outs. Available request and consent controls are described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, including the ability to opt out of optional analytics, marketing, and third-party categories.
- California
- Rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing; non-discrimination for exercising rights. Submit requests through the support flow.
- Colorado / Connecticut / Virginia
- Applicable law may provide rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising or certain profiling.
- Texas
- Rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising and sale, subject to the state consumer data privacy framework.
- Other states
- Additional state rights may apply as laws take effect; available request paths are described in the Privacy Policy.
Real-estate & assignment notices
- REGEXUSA is not acting as a real estate broker, attorney, title agent, or lender unless a specific state notice expressly says otherwise for that jurisdiction.
- Where REGEXUSA holds an assignable interest, the equitable interest is disclosed in writing before distribution, consistent with applicable state wholesaling and disclosure requirements.
- Some states require specific disclosures, registrations, or licensing for certain transaction types. Any such requirement must be verified before the related route is offered in that jurisdiction.

If a state law conflicts
If a mandatory provision of your state’s law conflicts with our general Terms or Privacy Policy, the mandatory state provision controls for you, and the rest of the documents continue to apply. Nothing in these notices waives a right you cannot legally waive.
