Our commitment
Property transactions are high-stakes and detail-heavy, so clarity and access matter. We aim to make every core task — submitting a property, reviewing an opportunity, uploading documents, and tracking status — completable with a keyboard and with assistive technology, and we treat accessibility as part of the quality floor, not an afterthought.
The standard we work toward
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical review benchmark for core flows. This is a goal we actively pursue rather than a guarantee that every page meets every criterion at all times.
Patterns we work toward
- Visible keyboard focus on interactive elements.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
- Forms with labels and clear, descriptive error messages rather than color alone.
- Modals and dialogs that trap focus, can be dismissed, and announce their purpose to assistive technology.
- Respect for the operating-system “reduced motion” preference.
- Color choices intended to maintain readable contrast, with status conveyed by text and shape, not color alone.
Known limitations
Some newer or third-party components may not yet meet our target in every respect, and complex data views are an area of ongoing work. We track known issues and prioritize fixes that affect core tasks. If you hit one, the support path below gives us the page and assistive- technology context needed to investigate it.
