Cookie Policy
In plain language
- Optional categories start off in the current preference center; strictly necessary storage supports core security and session behavior.
- Your browser records the optional categories you enable and the consent version you accepted.
- You can change those choices at any time using the Cookie preferences control.
- Any optional integration must check the relevant consent category before it is enabled.
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies the REGEXUSA platform uses and how your consent controls them. The platform is operated by ScaleBridger Corp. (a Texas corporation), operating REGEXUSA. Read alongside our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels, SDKs) store or read small amounts of data on your device. Some are essential to make the platform work; others are optional. The current preference center records optional categories as off until you enable them.
Our consent categories
We group technologies into five categories. You control four of them; the fifth is strictly necessary and always on.
- Strictly necessary · always on
- Required for login, security, deal-room access, and saving your place. Always on; cannot be switched off.
- Analytics
- Records your choice for product analytics and related measurement tools.
- Marketing & retargeting
- Records whether marketing pixels or campaign-measurement tools may be enabled.
- Personalization
- Records whether optional preferences beyond essential account state may be used.
- Third-party services
- Records whether optional embedded media, chat, or other outside services may be enabled.
What consent gates
The preference center records separate choices for analytics, marketing, personalization, and third-party services. Any optional tool configured under one of those categories must consult the saved choice before it is enabled. Strictly necessary functions — including security, core session behavior, and recording the consent choice itself — are not optional.
Managing your preferences
You can review and change every optional category at any time using the Cookie preferences control, available throughout the site. You can accept all, reject everything non-essential, or set each category individually. Saving a change immediately updates the current in-app consent record and analytics gate for new activity.
Default settings
Optional categories currently default to off. You can change them in the preference center, subject to rights and restrictions that may apply in your jurisdiction. See State Notices for a summary of jurisdiction-specific rights.
Consent version history
Each time you save a choice, the current browser stores it with a consent version and timestamp and keeps a limited browser-local history. Clearing browser storage can remove that local record. When this policy or the categories change materially, the consent version may be updated and the preference center may ask you to choose again.
